KASTON ANDERSON

DIRECTOR - R&D and CULTIVATION

Kaston has broad experience in regulated indoor and outdoor medicinal cannabis cultivation.

His expertise spans the complete production lifecycle in Australia, including propagation, crop management, post-harvest handling, and quality-aligned storage practices.

He works within cultivation systems informed by GACP and designed to support downstream GMP manufacturing requirements.

VICTORIA PEARSON

DIRECTOR - REGULATORY COMPLIANCE & QUALITY ASSURANCE

Victoria brings extensive experience in regulatory compliance across multiple highly regulated Australian industries, including gambling, liquor licensing, and food and medicine advertising.

She later transitioned into the clinical research sector, supporting Phase I–IV clinical trials across both Australian and international programs.

Her work focuses on governance, compliance, and quality systems aligned with the regulatory expectations of the Australian medicinal cannabis framework.
